Too busy to update your website? Perhaps you just don't know where to start? Relax, we can take care of maintaining your website for you. With more than 12 years collective experience of making websites, your site will be in safe hands. Whether your website just needs a once off major update, or regular minor updates to keep it looking fresh, we can help.
Want your site updated? Here's what we need...
- Text content in a suitable format - Microsoft Word docs (.doc), text files (.txt) or plain HTML files - with clear headings and divisions for each page and section.
- A clear written explanation of what changes are needed where. It may be most convenient to supply this in the text content documents.
- Graphic content for the site in JPG or GIF format and any multimedia content files (e.g. SWF files for flash content).
- FTP details and Control Panel access for the site. If you are uncomfortable providing these details, you can forward a zipped copy of the site files for us to update and we can deliver a revised zipped copy to you. However, we prefer to test changes on the live server environment.
Something not working? Let us troubleshoot your website
If you have a problem with your website, either with the layout or functionality, we can investigate this for you. Usually, we would need FTP/control panel access to take an initial look into the site to try and diagnose the cause of the issue. If we can fix the problem, we would then provide a quotation for the cost of doing so.
